Privacy Policy

The short version: I collect what I need to ship your shirt, connect you with people nearby, and email you about meetups. I don’t sell it, and I don’t share it with anyone who doesn’t need it to do one of those three things.
Who I am
Find Your Locker Room is run by me, Chase, through Find Your Locker Room LLC in Wauconda, Illinois. When this policy says “I,” that’s who it means. You can reach me at team.support@findyourlockerroom.com.
What I collect
- Profile: your name, email, phone (optional), city, interests, and anything else you type into the profile form.
- Orders: name, shipping address, email, phone, and what you bought. Card details go straight to my payment processor (WooPayments, built on Stripe) — I never see or store your full card number.
- Newsletter: name and email.
- Messages: whatever you send through the contact form or by email.
- Site basics: the usual server logs and cookies that keep the cart working and tell me roughly how the site is being used.
What I do with it
- Ship your order and email you about it.
- Connect you with other members — but only if you answered “Yes, I’d love to connect!” to “Want me to connect you with others who share your interests?” on your profile. Answer “Not right now” and nothing about you goes to anyone until you tell me otherwise. When I do make an introduction, the other person gets your name, city, shared interests, and whichever contact method you picked under Preferred Communication — nothing else from your profile.
- Email you about meetups and the occasional shirt drop, if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Reply when you write to me.
- Keep the site and store running and fix what breaks.
Who else sees it
Only the services I use to run this: my hosting provider (GoDaddy), payment processor (WooPayments / Stripe), email tools (Microsoft 365 and MailPoet), and USPS for shipping labels. Each gets only what it needs for its job. I don’t sell, rent, or trade your information — ever. If the law requires me to hand something over, I will, and I’ll tell you if I’m allowed to.
How long I keep it
Order records for as long as tax law requires (about seven years). Profiles and newsletter subscriptions until you ask me to delete them.
Your choices
Email me and I’ll show you what I have on you, correct it, or delete it. Unsubscribe from the newsletter with the link in any email. You can browse with cookies off — the cart won’t work, but everything else will.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep your cart, remember whether you’re logged in, and gather basic usage stats. No ad tracking.
Age
The site and meetups are for adults. I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think I have, email me and I’ll delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, I’ll update the date at the top and say so in the newsletter.
