Terms of Service

The ground rules for using the site and the store. Questions about any of it? Email me — team.support@findyourlockerroom.com.

Last updated September 22, 2026

By using findyourlockerroom.com, buying a shirt, building a profile, or showing up to a meetup, you're agreeing to these terms. "I" and "me" mean Chase, operating as Find Your Locker Room LLC. "You" means you.

The site and the store

  • Prices, sizes, and availability can change without notice. If I've badly mispriced something, I'll cancel the order and refund you rather than ship at a loss — and I'll tell you why.
  • I ship within the United States only, and shipping is free. Orders usually go out within a few business days; I'll email you when yours ships.
  • Sales tax is charged where the law requires it, based on your shipping address.
  • Returns and refunds are covered in my Returns & Refunds policy.
  • I can refuse or cancel an order if something looks fraudulent or if I can't fulfill it. You get a full refund either way.

Profiles and meetups

  • You must be 18 or older to build a profile or attend a meetup. Alcohol is for people 21 and over only — the first-round drink can be anything on the menu, alcoholic or not.
  • Be straight about who you are. One profile per person, under the name people actually call you.
  • I connect people; I don't vet them beyond that. Meet in public places, use the judgment you'd use meeting anyone new, and tell me if someone makes you uncomfortable — I'll act on it.
  • Meetups are voluntary and at your own risk. I'm not liable for what happens getting there, being there, or afterward, including anything involving alcohol. Know your limit and get home safe.
  • I can remove anyone from the community who harasses, threatens, or makes it worse for everyone else.

The first round

The first drink at your first meetup is on me — one per person, while the tab holds. It's a gift, not a contract: I can change or end it anytime, it isn't redeemable for cash, and it can't be transferred.

Your content

Anything you post or send me — profile answers, photos, messages — stays yours. You give me permission to use it to run the community — and I only introduce you to another member if you answered “Yes, I’d love to connect!” on your profile. When I do, they get your name, city, shared interests, and the contact method you chose. Nothing else, and never for marketing without asking you first.

My content

The name Find Your Locker Room, the logo, the shirt designs, and everything on this site belong to Find Your Locker Room LLC. Wear the shirts anywhere. Don't reproduce the designs or the mark on anything you sell.

No warranties, limited liability

The site and the community are provided as-is. I do my best, but I can't promise the site will always work, that a match will click, or that a meetup will be what you hoped. To the fullest extent Illinois law allows, my total liability to you for anything related to the site, the store, or a meetup is limited to what you've paid me in the previous twelve months.

Governing law

Illinois law applies. If you and I end up in a dispute, let's try to settle it by email first. Failing that, the courts of Lake County, Illinois.

Changes

I'll update the date at the top when these change. If you keep using the site after that, you're accepting the new version.
